As most of you know i am doing chemo for metastatic breast cancer. The drug i am on is called Abraxane and is given three weeks on and one week off. I also get Zometa by infusion to strengthen my bones. I am anemic also so i get a shot of Procrit once a week. This is my week off and all i get is the shot of procrit. I had a few rough days of chemo reaction Sun - Tues with aching and running a temp again.
There are days when i would just as soon stop the treatment but i am responding to it so I just keep on keeping on and trusting the Lord.
I have so much to live for and want to be able to enjoy my family, and serve the Lord. My son is getting married this summer and we have a new grandbaby on the way which will be a blessing. I have been so blessed to enjoy Kierstyn and see her grow from babyhood to an adorable toddler has been fun. I am thankful for the visits both ours and theirs and look forward to more.
Isa 41:10 Fear thou not; for I [am] with thee: be not dismayed; for I [am] thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness

Hi Mrs. B. It's me, Victoria in PA:) I like your blog and will try to drop you a note from time to time. I am glad that you are responding to your chemo. I know the Lord will bless you for your faithfulness in these hard times. You are a wonderful encouragement and testimony of what is means to really follow the Lord. I will leave you with the words to a song I really like by Ron Hamilton.
" How can I fear, Jesus is near. He ever watches over me. Worries all cease, he gives me peace, How can I fear with Jesus. Love and prayers, Vic
